How many times a year can I travel?

You may travel as many times as you wish within the policy period as long as no single trip exceeds 31 days.

Does this Policy cover Cruises?

No.

Who can be insured on the policy?

An adult, together with spouse/partner and their dependant children under 18 years.

Can we all travel independently?

Adults can travel independently; however, children under the age of 18 must travel with an insured adult.

Is business travel covered?

Yes, as long as it does not involve manual labour or a hazardous occupation.

What is the age limit on the policy?

Under 60 years at inception of the policy.

I have a re-occurring or pre-existing medical condition. Am I covered?

You must telephone 0844 209 7315 and you will be advised whether cover can be offered and if an additional premium will be applicable.

I have a relation that is seriously ill. If I have to cancel or curtail my trip, am I covered?

Unfortunately we are unable to cover medical conditions of those persons who are not insured under your policy and whose names do not appear on the premium receipt.

I am taking my laptop, some expensive jewellery and a camera with me. Am I covered for these items?

You are covered up to the single article and valuables limits. If however these limits are insufficient, you should extend your home contents policy to cover them.

Can I cancel my policy?

You may cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 days of the policy being issued if the policy does not meet your needs and requirements and you have not travelled or made a claim.

Are my details kept secure?

Our secure server scrambles your personal information, including your name and address, before it is sent over the Internet. Your details are scrambled using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. When you click the 'Buy Online Now' button to enter the Your Details, you enter the secure section of the site. You will also see a locked padlock in the bottom of your Web browser, showing that you are in the secure area.

Which credit/debit cards does Cover-All accept?

Maestro (formally Switch), MasterCard, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit and Visa Electron. We use Sage Pay as the secure transaction provider. All your card details are handled directly by Sage Pay, who are the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the UK.

Who underwrites Cover-All's travel insurance?

The Policy is underwritten by Great Lakes Reinsurance (UK) PLC through First Assist Insurance Services Ltd
